Of course, this is a good thing and most necessary. I worry, however, that the left is not attending to the fact that there message is mostly oppositional. Those who want to stand against Trump are seen by his loyalists as attempting to dismantle the only life-raft anyone is offering them. It is not sufficient to vilify them, as some do, and thus cement their belief in HIM. Moreover, assuming his administration eventually unravels, what then? Where is there an agenda that addresses the enormous challenges of an economy that requires both advanced skills and the sheer intellectual capacity to learn those skills?

I agree, Dr. Stein, opposition is not enough. On the “Our Revolution” website, you can learn more about Bernie Sanders’ agenda for addressing our challenges.

I think Bernie’s agenda, unless it has changed, still needs to deal with two issues. The “forgotten man” who will vote for a Trump rather than a Bernie, in part because the Left demeans him (even if Bernie personally doesn’t) and the absence of any real answer to the new machine age. Hope I’m wrong.

The number of “forgotten men” is growing. The new machine age will kill even more jobs. It’s an issue we definitely have to address…and soon.
